Return & Refund:

At BELMONTS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping:

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
